For those who are awakening
"Awakening is not a destination. It is a spiral of remembering who you are, step by step."
From my notebooks
A space where I share entries from the notebooks I began filling seven years ago. Rereading them, I realised I had documented my own transformation and decided to share it. I did not write with publication in mind, but I am allowing myself this experiment. If it resonates with you, welcome.
It is a path of overcoming and evolution. At first there seems to be so much confusion and recurring feelings and traumas… but I keep evolving because I follow my curiosity and never tire of asking questions. Little by little, I return to myself, remember who I am, and begin to understand life.
Rereading and publishing this has been an enormous challenge, because I see who I was and admire who I am now. I periodically publish the pages chronologically, exactly as I wrote them at the time, alongside photographs of my handwritten notebooks.

The alchemy of presence
A laboratory of transmutation.
Presence is the force that turns the lead of experience into the gold of consciousness.
Read on SubstackPresence transforms fear
Because fear feeds on absence. When you are present, fear has nowhere to hide. Presence does not fight fear, as you will discover.
Presence transforms pain
Pain crystallises in the body when it goes unseen. When observed with presence, it softens. You do not eliminate it; you integrate it.
Presence transforms scarcity
Scarcity is not only about money; it is a lack of field. When your presence stabilises, your field expands and creation begins to flow.
Presence transforms identity
Presence lets you see that you are not your stories. It lets you inhabit your essence without needing roles. You become a mirror, rather than a character.
Presence transforms your surroundings
Your presence changes more than you alone; it changes the field around you. People feel safer, more seen and more real.
