Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

In short: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to see whether the site is working. We don't sell your data, we don't advertise with it, and we won't add you to any list.

Who handles your data

DAR Studio (Darling Duran), Dublin, Ireland. For anything about your data: hello@darlingduran.com.

What we collect and why

  • What you write to us on the Contact page — name, email, service of interest and your message. We use it only to reply to you (legal basis: your own request to get in touch).
  • Usage statistics — pages viewed, visit duration, device and approximate country, with your IP anonymised. Only if you accept analytics cookies, and you can withdraw that permission at any time from the Cookie Policy.

We never send your name, email or message content to analytics. We don't collect sensitive data and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Who else sees it

Only the providers that keep the site running: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Analytics (statistics, with your permission) and Hostinger (hosting). If any of them processes data outside the EU, it does so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

Your message: 24 months from our last contact (or as long as the law requires if we end up working together). Statistics: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, take it with you or object, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@darlingduran.com and we'll reply within a month at most. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.

Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top of the page will change.
